Terrible service! I sent 5000 usdt for exchange, but in the end, I got nothing. The transaction is stuck, customer support is unresponsive, and the website just ignores my messages. If they don’t return my money soon, I will file complaints with the bank and financial regulators. Judging by other reviews, I’m not the first one to get scammed here!
